Shipping & Orders

How long will it take to receive my order?

Shipping times depend on your location.

  • Standard Shipping (Worldwide): 7–14 business days
  • Processing Time: 1–3 business days

Please note these are estimates. During holiday seasons or sales events, processing may take longer. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and shipping method.

Please note:

  • International customers are responsible for customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by their country.
  • Some countries restrict importing certain items. Please check your local regulations before placing an order.
How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can also:

  • Log into your Goldoma account and view your order history.
  • Click the tracking link in your confirmation email.
  • Contact our customer service team at support@goldoma.com with your order number.
What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most items. Eligible items must be unused, in original condition, and with packaging intact.

Non-returnable items:

  • Recipe & décor magazine PDFs (digital products)
  • Custom orders
  • Gift cards
  • Items marked “Final Sale”

To initiate a return, email returns@goldoma.com with your order number and reason for return. Full details are available on our Returns Policy page.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Yes, as long as your order has not shipped yet. Please contact us immediately at support@goldoma.com with your order number. Once shipped, changes/cancellations are no longer possible.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Yes! We provide free eco-friendly gift wrapping with a handwritten note. Just select the “Gift” option at checkout and include your message.

Do you offer wholesale or bulk orders?

Yes, we accept bulk orders with special pricing. Contact support@goldoma.com with details about the products and quantities for a custom quote.

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses?

Yes, we can ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses using standard delivery. Expedited shipping may not be available for these addresses.

Can I request faster shipping?

Our standard timeframe is 7–14 business days. For urgent orders, please contact us before purchasing at support@goldoma.com to check availability of special arrangements.

Recipe & Décor Magazine PDFs

How do I access my recipe & décor magazines after purchase?
  • Download links are sent to your email immediately after purchase.
  • Log into your Goldoma account → My Purchases.
  • Your magazines remain stored in your digital library for unlimited access.
Can I print my recipe & décor magazines?

Yes! All our PDFs are printer-friendly with:

  • Clear, high-quality layouts
  • Minimal background colors for easy printing
  • Organized sections and page numbers
What if I lose my magazine PDF?

No problem! If you created an account, your purchases are always saved in your digital library. If you purchased as a guest, email support@goldoma.com with your order number and we’ll resend your download links.

Are your magazines available in multiple languages?

Currently, most of our recipe & décor magazines are in English. We are working on expanding availability in other languages based on customer demand.

Do I need an account to make a purchase?

No, guest checkout is available. However, an account gives you:

  • Faster checkout

What is the Gold Circle membership program?

The Gold Circle is our premium membership for lifestyle & décor enthusiasts. Members enjoy:

How do I update my account information?

Log in → My AccountAccount Settings → Update details → Save Changes. Email changes require verification via confirmation link.

How do I cancel my Gold Circle membership?

Log in → My AccountMembershipsManage MembershipCancel Membership → Follow prompts. Benefits continue until your billing cycle ends. No partial refunds. For help, contact members@goldoma.com.

Can I pause my Gold Circle membership instead of canceling?

Yes! You can pause your membership for up to 3 months. You won’t be billed during the pause, and you can resume anytime.

Do you offer student or teacher discounts?

Currently, we don’t have a dedicated student/teacher discount program. However, Gold Circle members always enjoy 15% off plus exclusive perks.
