Goldoma Trail Dog Poop Scooper with Built-In Bag Dispenser
$19.99 – $39.98Price range: $19.99 through $39.98
Description
The last thirty secondsof every walk.Redesigned.
A six-claw picker that closes on the ground at arm’s length. The bag roll you already buy stores inside the body, and the whole thing fits a coat pocket. Nothing to assemble, nothing to put down, no crouching.

The six things people ask before they buy
Straight answers, including the one about whether bags are in the box.
Does it actually work in long grass?
That is the case it is built for. The six claws swing out to a 13 cm spread and close underneath, so they gather the grass and what is on it in one movement rather than smearing it flat the way a flat scoop does.
Do I need to bend down?
Not to ground level. You lower it at arm’s length, press once, and lift. Most people stop at a slight lean, which is the whole point if your back or your knees are the reason you dislike this job.
Are bags included?
The body has a compartment sized for a standard dog-waste roll, and the claws are made to close around a bag hooked over them. Whether a roll ships in the box depends on the option you pick above, so treat the compartment as the feature and the roll as a consumable you already buy.
How do the claws stay clean?
The bag sits between the claws and the waste, so in normal use nothing touches metal. If it does, the claw arms are smooth moulded plastic and rinse under a tap.
Is it awkward to carry on a walk?
It is 19 cm long and 6.5 cm across closed, so about the footprint of a small water bottle. There is a wrist strap on the side, and it stands upright in a tote or a coat pocket.
Will it handle a big dog?
A 13 cm claw spread covers what a Labrador or a retriever leaves. For a very large breed you may take two picks rather than one, which is still quicker than kneeling down to do it by hand.
Nobody minds the walk. Everybody minds the crouch.
A bag over your hand puts your fingers a few microns from the thing you are trying not to touch. You go down on your haunches in wet grass, you take three goes to gather it, and you spend the rest of the walk holding a warm bag.
A long-handled scoop fixes the crouch and creates a new problem: it is a metre of hardware you have to carry, and it lives by the back door because it will not go in a bag.

Every part of it, named
Four moving things and nothing else, which is why there is very little on it to go wrong.
- Top press. One thumb opens the claws. Release and they close.
- Six sprung claws. They meet in the middle rather than scraping across, so they lift off grass instead of pushing through it.
- Bag compartment. A standard roll sits inside the body, out of the way until you need the next one.
- Wrist strap. Fitted, so it hangs off a hand that is already holding a lead.

Three seconds, one hand
No assembly, no second hand, no putting the lead down.
- Press the top button. The claws swing out to 13 cm.
- Lower it and release. The claws close underneath.
- Lift. It stays shut until you press again over a bin.
The same tool in other people’s hands
Short clips of this picker being used, posted on social. They are not ours and we did not film them — they are here because they show the claw action better than any studio photograph can.
Smaller than the picture suggests
Drawn to scale from the manufacturer’s own measurements, both views on one scale. Nineteen centimetres closed is roughly a 500 ml bottle; the claws open to about the width of a grapefruit.

Changing the roll
It takes any standard dog-waste roll, the kind sold in every supermarket and pet shop, so you are never locked into one supplier’s refill.
- Twist and lift the top lid.
- Drop the roll into the compartment.
- Thread the first bag through and close.
Four surfaces, one movement

Four reasons it stays by the door
The numbers
Measurements are the manufacturer’s and may vary by a few millimetres. Bag rolls are a consumable and are supplied only with the options that show one.
Chosen, not bulk-listed
We pick a small number of things that solve one ordinary problem properly, photograph them honestly, and answer the phone when they do not.
Stay upright. Keep hold of the lead.
Six claws, one press, and a body small enough that you will actually take it with you. Thirty days to change your mind.

I’ve bought this as a gift for three different friends and they all love it. It’s the perfect gift for dog owners. Easy to use, easy to clean.
Chloe Dubois (verified owner) –
It’s a nice design and works well. I wish the bag dispenser could hold more than one roll, but that’s minor. The wrist strap is comfortable.
Oscar Lindqvist (verified owner) –
It’s a well-engineered little tool. The claws close firmly and the bag roll stays put. I’ve used it in all weather. It holds up.

I like that I can use it without bending. It’s a bit long in the handle, but that’s the point. Works on our walkway and in the park. The bag is right there when you need it.
Liam O’Brien (verified owner) –
It works well for most surfaces. I had a bit of trouble with very deep bark chips, but overall it’s a solid product. The 13cm spread is good for medium dogs.
Lucía García (verified owner) –
I was tired of bending over. This solves that. It’s well-made and feels durable. The bag dispenser is a great idea. I’m very satisfied.
Sam Patel (verified owner) –
It works well for the most part. On very wet grass, the claws can slip a bit, but you just press again. The bag is handy. Good value.

Solid build. The claws are strong. It works on grass and pavement. One minor thing: the bag roll can fall out if you open it upside down. But that’s user error.
Marcus Johnson (verified owner) –
It’s a decent scooper. I wish the claws were a bit wider, but it works for my dog. The bag dispenser is a nice touch. No major complaints.
Jake Miller (verified owner) –
I almost didn’t buy it, but I’m glad I did. It’s handy. The bag roll inside is a nice touch. Only issue is it can be a bit bulky in a pocket, but it’s fine.
Olivia Bennett (verified owner) –
This is my second one – I got one for myself and then bought one for my sister. It’s so much better than the old claw style. The bag inside is a game changer, but I can’t say ‘game-changer’? Anyway, it’s great.
Avery Johnson (verified owner) –
For the price, this is great. I’ve seen more expensive ones that don’t work as well. It’s a no-brainer. Just buy it.
Alex Morgan (verified owner) –
It’s a good scooper. The bag dispenser is a little stiff at first, but you get used to it. Works well on grass and dirt. No issues after a month.
James White (verified owner) –
Good scooper. My only complaint is that the bag roll can be tricky to insert. But once it’s in, it works perfectly. Recommended.
Maya Singh (verified owner) –
This is the third scooper I’ve bought. The others broke or were awkward. This one is sturdy and comfortable. I like the wrist strap. It’s a keeper.
Mei-Ling Chen (verified owner) –
Finally, a scoop that doesn’t make me feel gross. The claws grab and release the bag neatly. It’s well-made and the wrist strap is comfortable. Five stars.
Zainab Khan (verified owner) –
I was hesitant because I’ve had bad experiences with scoopers, but this one is excellent. The one-press closure is foolproof. It picks up everything without spilling. Highly recommend.
David Chen (verified owner) –
It works. The spring mechanism is a bit stiff initially, but it loosens up. Good for daily use. Not much to complain about.

This scooper is a small marvel. It’s compact, efficient, and the bag roll is cleverly stored. I’ve had no issues after two months of use.

It’s fine. The handle is a bit short for my liking, but I’m tall. It works on grass. The bag dispenser is convenient. Okay for the price.
Ryan Murphy (verified owner) –
It’s good. Not perfect. The claws are a bit narrow for very large dogs. But for my medium dog, it’s fine. Easy to use.

Kwame Osei (verified owner) –
Does the job. I walk three dogs, and this handles all their business. Sometimes I have to press twice on wet grass, but it beats bending over. Good value.
Sofia Rossi (verified owner) –
I bought this as a gift for my neighbor who has a huge dog. She loved it! Said it’s so easy to use and she doesn’t have to bend over anymore. I might get one for myself.
