Our 12.5” Hand forged country fry skillet is 1/2″ deeper and wider than our standard 12″ skillet, making it the ideal size for deep frying, stir frying, or making single skillet meals for a large family. Whether you’re searing proteins, sautéing vegetables, or frying a family dinner, this versatile deep skillet will quickly become your favorite deep skillet.

This traditionally forged deep skillet features a classic round shape, and is available with a skillet handle with helper handle or with two “helper handles” as shown in pictured below.

Add a Flat French style carbon steel lid to your order! Our carbon steel lids are cut to match the shape of your skillet with a small overhang to account for hand forged variability. We forge a smaller version of our skillet handle that matches the style of the skillet, and attach it with two steel rivets. It is perfect for creating a convection within your skillet. ***Lids are made to order and can add up to 5-7 days to regular processing time. 

Works on: induction, glass and coil electric, gas, open fire, in the oven, on the grill, in the smoker, and in the wood burning oven.
