Our Return Policy
At Goldoma, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations, which is why we've created a straightforward and fair returns policy.
This policy outlines the conditions and procedures for returning products purchased from our website. By making a purchase from Goldoma, you agree to the terms of this returns policy.
Return Window
You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. The return window begins on the day you receive your order.
Return Eligibility
Eligible Items
- Item must be in its original condition.
- Item must be unused and unwashed.
- Item must have all original tags and packaging.
- Item must be free from damage caused after delivery.
- Item must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Non-Returnable Items
- Personalized or custom-made items.
- Digital products (e.g., digital patterns, tutorials).
- Gift cards.
- Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”.
- Used, altered, or washed items.
- Items returned after the 30-day window.
All returned items are inspected upon receipt. If an item does not meet our criteria, we may refuse the return or issue a partial refund.
Return Process
Step 1: Contact Us
Email returns@goldoma.com or use our contact form. Include your order number and reason for return.
Step 2: Receive Return Authorization
If approved, we’ll send you a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions.
Step 3: Package Your Return
Pack items securely. Include the RA number and a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip.
Step 4: Ship Your Return
Ship to the address provided in the instructions. Use a trackable method.
Step 5: Return Processing
After receipt, inspection typically takes 3–5 business days. Return shipping cost: customer pays unless our error
Refunds
Refund Method
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. If unavailable, store credit may be provided.
Refund Timing
Processed within 3–5 business days after approval. Your bank may take an extra 5–10 business days to post it.
Refund Amount
Includes item price and applicable taxes. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. You’ll receive an email when your refund is processed.
Exchanges
To request an exchange, follow the same steps as returns and indicate you prefer an exchange. Eligibility is the same as returns. If the new item costs more, you pay the difference; if it costs less, we refund the difference. Return shipping is covered by you unless the exchange is due to our error.
Damaged or Defective Items
Report Within 7 Days
If you receive a damaged/defective item, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
How to Report
Email support@goldoma.com with your order number, description, photos, and whether you prefer a replacement or refund. We’ll provide instructions and cover return shipping for confirmed issues.
