How long will it take to receive my order?

Physical products typically arrive within 7–14 business days after shipping. This includes 1–3 business days for processing. Digital products are delivered instantly after purchase.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! Free standard shipping on all domestic orders over $53. Orders under $53 have a flat rate of $4.99.

What is Guaranteed Shipping?

For +$4.99, you get enhanced tracking, insurance against loss or damage, and guaranteed delivery within the estimated timeframe. If there's any issue, we’ll expedite a replacement or refund in full.

How do I track my order?

You’ll receive a tracking email after dispatch. You can also see tracking in “Order History”. Digital products don’t require tracking.

What if my package is lost or damaged?

Contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We’ll coordinate with the carrier. Orders with Guaranteed Shipping have additional protection.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, to 100+ countries. Rates are calculated at checkout. Customs/duties/taxes may apply. Typical timeframe: 7–14 business days.

How do I access my digital crochet patterns?

Instant access on the confirmation page and via email links. All purchased patterns are stored permanently in “My Downloads”.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

Possible only if your order hasn’t shipped yet. Once dispatched, the address can’t be changed.

Do you offer expedited shipping options?

Currently we offer Standard and Guaranteed shipping. For urgent needs, contact us before placing your order.

Are shipping costs refundable?

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item/defect). In such cases, we’ll refund the full amount including shipping.
